STALKIST BLOG?
I came back from dinner and surprised to see the hits on a blog - which I have hardly updated - shoot up. Lo and behold, Katryn Jean Lopez of NRO, singing Delia's praises, referred to this blog as Delia's stalkist fan club.
Whatever.
Obviously, Lopez hasn't read the blog. Amazingly, I really don't care. I saw Delia's hits on both American Morning and Newsroom 2. Nothing fantastic. Nothing that hasn't been written before. Nothing original. Nothing, brilliant, really. Just your regular Delia tonterias.
What's making me cringe is the thought of William Buckley's successors and disciples reading my blog right now. FUCKING right wing Christian Republican BASTARDS! You are NO BETTER than the Muslims who have their turbans and beards all wrapped tightly around their balls over the Pope's lecture! If I could BLOCK the hits from NRO, I most definitely would, because the thought of Republicans in my personal cyberspace really makes me feel violated and dirty!
Y'all can fawn over Delia - somebody has to. And Ms. Lopez, please go back to watching Faux News.
Thanks for your kind attention.

Loved the anti-Rupug rant...quick thinking!!!!
Update your foul mouthed blog. Delia Gallagher's coverage today (saturday) has been the only articulate and educated TV voice on the Muslim subject matter. Certainly, one can respect educated coverage despite one's owns personal views and issues. I would think NRO's audience ought to be welcomed to your blog, dialogue through debate, argument is healthy. This blog is better than yesterday's commentary, isn't it?
Thanks, anonymous 2. I updated the blog - "FUCKING" is now all caps.
You are one mean, Merlot-swilling sonof....
This is a cool blog, showing me abundant pix of one of the hottest, eruditist, nerdy-yet-glamorous gals on TV, while at the same time documenting the metamorphosis of infatuation to mockery to disillusionment to bitter political invective.
Do you think Delia's a Repugnican? (I've read about half your blog.) She reminds me of a Republican attorney I worked for in L.A., but more intellectual-like.
You know, Shep, I've been following this blog for quite some time..feeling as though I shared some of the interest in catholic current events, and a playful indulgence in Delia as a sort of catholic thinking man's sex symbol.
But I saw Delia this afternoon, reporting on the Holy Father's recent apology, and it was quite disappointing. So I guess I've come to share the direction things have gone here.
Thanks for sharing, Friar. I'm going to blog about why I'm disappointed at Delia's reports on this issue. Others can fawn and think of her as brilliant - and she very well could be - but that's for others to decide.
