Mojitos

I'm at my GF's for the weekend (to celebrate her birthday). We went to this grand Thai Place for dinner yesterday and today for brunch, we went to a little, nondescript Cuban place for some sandwiches. While the GF is not Catholic - more of a heathen, actually - she does come to church with me once in a while. Today she did, and was irreverent enough to alter the words of the liturgical prayer to... "We pray for Benedict our Pope, and Teddy our Bishop, and Delia our Faith and Values Girl..."

I was almost certain that Her Hotness would appear on TV after sundown this Saturday (when the Sunday liturgical celebration officially begins), but it's been Delia-less so far. So let me just talk about MOJITOS - and if you haven't had it, it's really awesome and very easy to make - all you need are some light rum, syrup, club soda, lime, mint leaves, and ice. I wonder if Delia has a moral turpitude clause in her contract and if it prohibits drinking mojitos... because I would renegotiate if I were she.
