Delia's Excellent Summer

Well, I am almost over "my cold" - my DG infatuation, that is. In a way, I kinda feel sad about it - it was painfully fun while it lasted.

So, in the absence of much Vatican news, what could our dear Delia Gallagher be doing? Let's see:


Writing a book - I really hope she writes a book - she's got a wealth of knowledge and maybe she can compete with Dan Brown on the Vatican Mystery genre

1. Writing - well, she's a writer for 2 non-profit organizations
2. Vatican Tour Guide - that's a sweet deal
3. Vacationing somewhere in the South of France or the Italian Alps - hopefully, with some hot Italian dude
4. Attending a retreat - the religious types always attend retreats, so maybe she needs one after her 2 months of CNN frenzy
5. Performing - well, you never know the other side of Delia; I would imagine her to be a very good cabaret singer - AND dancer
6. Drinking - wait, you don't need to be idle to do that!
7. Flying home - everyone needs to come home once in a while; there's nothing more comforting than mom cooking for you
8. Waiting for Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith - doesn't everybody?

Just to make a point, I renewed my subscription to America magazine today. It's a beautiful day outside, so I am outta here!
